I'll absorb everything related to your team, product, and customers. After this meeting, I'll basically become a member of your team. You and your team will join my Slack workspace, so we can stay connected during and after the process.
• Week 1
I'll spend time with your team learning how they use the website, and what are the common blockers and challenges. I'll also check for potential issues between the website and other marketing platforms that live on the website. I'll build and present a plan for the website rebuild.
• week 2
I'll setup the new project, and develop your homepage. I'll be sending updates during the week, so you can provide feedback on the spot.
• weeks 3-8
I'll deliver one page (sometimes two) per week, until the website is finished. I'll provide multiple updates weekly so you can give feedback.
• final week
I'll give a training session of 1.5-2 hours to your team, so they know how to operate the website.
By the end of our time together, your performance specialist will be able to launch landing pages, your content manager will be able to update the blog, your product marketer will be able to communicate new features, etc.
You'll also get that session recorded, along with the website documentation, so you can onboard other marketers.

It depends on how your team works. Webflow is still a great fit for teams that want a no-code editor and a simple CMS. For teams that want faster pages, no per-seat editor pricing and AI-assisted editing, I build on Astro with a visual editor on top. This site runs on it.
Either way, your site is built from documented, reusable components with guardrails, so your team can ship pages without breaking anything, and any developer you bring in later can open the project and understand it immediately.
